• All services are by appointment only. No walk-ins please.

  • No inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.

  • In fairness to other clients and my practitioner, 24 hour notice is expected for the cancellation/rescheduling of an appointment. Should an emergency arise within the 24 hour period, I will contact my practitioner immediately to reschedule my appointment. If canceling/rescheduling happens within the 24 hour window, I will be responsible for the full price of the appointment which will be paid before booking any future appointments. The same applies if an appointment is missed without calling to cancel. 

  • The service times listed refer only to the treatment time and do not include time for paperwork or getting changed, so if you decide to book, please plan to be here for slightly longer than your service time.

  • While I appreciate the gesture, I do not accept tips.

  • The state of New Jersey requires sales tax be collected for massage. If you bring a doctor’s prescription for massage to keep on file, sales tax is waived.

  • All services include a customized combination of therapeutic grade essential oils, heat packs, and warm towels. These amenities are included in the price of each service

How should I prepare for my service (Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology)?

I ask that you arrive for your appointment several minutes early and ready to relax. These more traditional forms of massage do not require any special preparations. (If you are a new client and would like to fill out an intake form before you arrive, you can print one using the link below.)

How should I prepare for my service (MFR, MRF+)?

As with other services, I ask that you arrive a few minutes early. Since these types of massage allow the connective tissue to rehydrate, it’s important to drink extra water the day before and the day of your service. I have a skin sensitivity. Can I still book a service?

In order to avoid having a reaction, please let me know if you have an allergy or sensitivity so we can discuss accommodations.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, at this time I cannot accept insurance.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently I accept cash and most major credit cards (Visa MasterCard, Discover, AmEx).
